At Vintage Vibes, we strive to deliver your vintage treasures as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

  • Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Vintage Vibes. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 15 days of receiving your item(s).

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Due to the unique nature of our vintage products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Vintage Jeans
    • Vintage T-Shirts
    • Vintage Tops

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and labels. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
  3. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the following address using a trackable shipping method:

    Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). If you opted for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) as soon as your return is processed.
