At Vintage Vibes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 15 days of receiving your item(s). Please review the details below to understand our process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Final sale items, including vintage blouses, vintage dresses, vintage jeans, vintage T-shirts, and vintage tops, are not eligible for return or exchange due to their unique nature.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and labels. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • If you opted for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) as soon as your return is processed.
